About

I, N3PAY, am a new HAM. I'm eager to contribute to my local community keeping in mind these four very important facets of HAM culture:

1. The LAW that governs our hobby (e.g. in the United States the FCC rules etc)
2. The TRADITION of over 100 years of Amateur Radio
3. Our ability to REASON that is always growing, driving discovery, and growing the hobby and service of HAM radio.
4. EXPERIENCE of what has worked in the past, recent past, and knowing that the scientific method allows us to test new & old hypothesis -- creating new EXPERIENCE to build upon.
